Killer Frequency Companion Post
Today, I’ll be reviewing a new short film by Ralph Winedt, Solo Sali pa Nos Tur, which is currently having limited screenings in Curaçao. The film follows a young man who goes to celebrate his uncle’s birthday and, through their time together, learns more about how his uncle sees the world, what he has lived through, and what those experiences might mean for his own understanding of himself.

Museo di Shon Cola (Museo di Tambú)
The evening brings together art and conversation around how our homeland is being sold and how we can resist as a community. The event will feature poetry by Vali Leonora, Nohely Simon, and Alexandra Martijn; a big-screen showing of Pharao’s music video "Ban Serio"; and the second public screening of Ralph Winedt’s Solo Sali Pa Nos Tur.
The collective Sin Kabes will also speak about the methods and motivations behind their recent protests, followed by a dialogue with the audience.
The evening is presented in collaboration with Museo Shon Cola and Kargando Narativa.
